Why should I choose Robotronics Door Automation as my supplier and service company?
We have the experience and education to properly perform installation and service on your automated doors. Our staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of mechanical and electrical components. We have gone to great lengths to provide excellence in service and installation to our great many customers.
Do I have to use the "Factory Authorized Distributor" to install and service my automated door?
No. "Factory Authorized" is nothing more than a way to generate revenue for that dealer. You can take your Ferrari to the Ferrari dealer; however, you will probably pay more for the repairs than going to a reputable mechanic. We can work on any kind of automated door, and we have the proper licensing and bonding to legally complete the work.
What's the best/fastest way to get service?
The staff at Robotronics is dedicated to customer service. Your service call can be placed by e-mail, fax or by phone. Emergency and after hours service calls must be placed via telephone. Our regular time service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Do you provide "emergency" service outside of normal work hours?
YES -You call and we'll dispatch a repair technician/team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please note that overtime rates apply for service calls outside our regular service hours.
What training is required for installing and servicing automated doors?
Repairing an automated door requires both mechanical and electrical skills. Our automated door technicians are highly trained and skilled.
